Life with Parker

A smile for Grandma :-)

We made an awesome discovery last night! Parker has a little dimple like his daddy! Sometimes you can spot it when he smiles really big...it is adorable! :-) He might have one on each side, but we aren't positive.

I also caught Parker trying to roll from his back to his tummy last night. Of course he didn't make it all the way, but he made it to his side--twice! I was so surprised when he did it the first time, and Tyler didn't believe me when I told him. However, Parker did it again a few minutes later for Tyler to see. I was so impressed! Too bad I didn't have the camera rolling :-(

It is funny how spontaneous Tyler and I are. We decided to go get a little dinner last night. We then ended up at Fat Cats (the local expensive theatre) playing arcade games. I am happy to report that I finally beat Tyler in Nascar...once. It is by far our favorite game to play. I am now something like 1-10...haha. Then, as we were leaving I convinced Ty to play me in Miniature golf again. Instead of tying like we did a few days ago, Tyler beat me by one. Amazingly enough, he got another hole-in-one---on the same hole, and twice as impressive as the last time. Lucky guy! From there we ended up at the dollar theater for the 9:05 showing of Narnia. I have had no interest in watching it, but Tyler has been dying to see it...I finally gave in. (fyi: It turned out way better than i had anticipated) Parker had been sleeping for so long that I woke him up because I wanted him to sleep well through the night. I fed him once, and then he noticed the huge screen--and he was not interested in eating again through the rest of the movie. If I shifted him at all in a way that he couldn't see the screen then he would start screaming. Needless to say, Parker enjoyed Narnia too :-) It was really cute watching him.

I am happy to report that Parker has finally stopped spitting up so much. It only took the doctors office a month to share the results of his upper GI x-ray. Yes, Parker did have acid reflux. Poor guy, suffering so long! We finally got him on his medicine to help it, and he is doing SO much better. Thank goodness!!

Besides all that, I can't think of anything to report. We are just loving life! :-)

Parker woke up daddy the other day.
Look at all that hair! We are noticing that his hair appears to be getting a tint of red to it...uh-oh! (You can't tell in this picture)

He loves his baths! He found out that he can splash on Saturday.

Laughing

Parker starting laughing at Tyler after church yesterday. It was so cute! He was laughing a lot, but when I would attempt to get it on camera he wouldn't laugh as much...oh well, I got this much:

No explanation...just cute :-)

The adorable outfit that Great-Grandma and Grandpa Little gave Parker for Christmas.
They both love daddy time! I love my boys!!

Parker is always so adorable when we lay him down on the changing table. I was lucky enough to catch this!
